The participation waiver should be completed before attending your first Learn2 session. It will be linked in the confirmation message for this form and can also be found under the "Join" menu on our site. If you are planning on becoming a long-term member, please join USRowing ($25 annually for new members) and sign the waiver there (instructions will be linked at the end of this form).
